General Policy
Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance products, opened or used products cannot be returned unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible Cases
A refund or replacement will be considered only in the following situations:
- Product received damaged
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defect
How to Raise a Claim
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with the following:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Unboxing video (strongly recommended)
Claims submitted after 48 hours or without the required evidence may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days from the date of approval. The actual credit date may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Delays
MotoScents shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
